1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition, including packaging for new items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  •   Contact our customer service team at sales@furniturearena.co.uk with your order details.
  •   Our customer service team will respond and will start the process for returning of the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  •   If the return is due to a defect or error on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  •   For other returns, including customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Used Furniture Refund Policy

Pre-owned furniture items have some marks, and wear and tear. We inspect all items carefully and condition is mentioned in description of product. So, only damage or error product will be entertained for refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  •   If your ordered product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  •   We will arrange replacement of the product or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refund Process

  •   Refunds process take 7-10 business days once the returned product is approved after inspection.
  •   Refunds will be issued to the same payment method.
